Sefako Mafoyane
National Administrator, Spokesperson, CCMA PT Commissioner – Central Forum
Sefako is a part-time commissioner based in Bloemfontein and he brings many years of experience in dispute resolution. He was a pioneer in linking commissioners across regions and, shortly thereafter, in the formation of SALDREP. He is a National Administrator and Spokesperson. He is one of the original signatories of the first memorandum sent to CCMA Management on behalf of PT Commissioners. He is known for his wisdom and experience and we call him Ntate Sefako.

Anashrin Pillay
National Administrator, Senior PT Commissioner & Panellist – East Coast Forum
Anashrin practices as an Advocate at the KZN BAR (PMB). He is a Senior Part-time
Commissioner with the CCMA and Senior Panelist with various Bargaining Councils and Private Dispute Resolution Agencies. Anashrin served as a member of the KZN Law Society’s Labour Law Committee. He is also an accredited ADR Group (London), Civil and Commercial Mediator. His proudest claim is that he acted as a District Electoral Officer and Counting Co-ordinator for the IEC in our country’s First Democratic Elections in 1994. He is deeply committed to the concept of “justice as fairness”, particularly in the workplace.

Winnie Everett
Primary Spokesperson & National Administrator; PT Senior Commissioner & Panellist – West Coast Forum
Now based in Cape Town, Winnie has been a CCMA commissioner since inception of the CCMA. Over the years she has served on bargaining council and private agency panels, and she was Convening Senior Commissioner of CCMA Tshwane region. She is a co-author, trainer and part-time lecturer in dispute resolution and labour law. She was instrumental in the formation of SALDREP and we affectionately call her Mama Winnie.

Kgoana is based in Polokwane and has been very actively involved with the formation and direction of SALDREP. Kgoana is passionate about dispute resolution training and coaching.

Monice Roodt
National Administrator, PT Commissioner – Central Forum
Monice is based in Ekurhuleni and was instrumental in creating the original networking groups and is one of the original signatories of the first memorandum sent to CCMA Management on behalf of PT Commissioners. Monice was among the very first to initiate national connectivity via a WhatsApp link. Monice is highly efficient and persevering.

Johan Stapelberg

Johan is based in Tshwane. He played a key role in establishing SALDREP and is also one of the original signatories of the first memorandum sent to CCMA Management on behalf of PT Commissioners. He is a visionary and is passionate about digitisation and inter-connectivity. Despite him denying it, we refer to him as our IT expert.

Mark was a member of the National Forum of the Legal Profession (a forerunner to the Legal Practice Council) and successfully lobbied for a change in the structure of the legal profession to include fidelity fund advocates. Tax law is his latest interest.
